We’re selling our house. We’ve lived here for just over 5 years. It’s been a great starter home. We’re ready to move on. Our house was listed for about a month in February/March of this year. Then we pulled it off the market in anticipation of Josh taking another job. When that didn’t happen, we [...] These pictures were taken in December of 2004, about four months before we closed on the house. Since it was a foreclosure – and a complex one at that – it took MONTHS to close the deal. It was a nightmare! We had an accepted purchase offer in November and we didn’t close until the [...] Saturday when Mom and I ran out of projects to do around the house, we took off on a shopping trip (I’d been making a wish list as we were cleaning and reorganizing). In addition to getting ready for baby, I have also been thinking of things that need to be done to our house [...] Since I didn’t get any official “before” pictures, I’ve dug through my old photos to find a picture of what the back deck looked like. We put one of those weed tarp things over the newly weeded ground and then added lots and lots and lots of river rock. Eighty-five 50-lb. bags to be exact.
