I was fortunate enough to have a baby shower thrown in my honor last Saturday. A tradition at our church is that the first baby born to a couple “in the church” gets a baby shower. We started attending New Hope when Jett was about 5 months old, therefore no babies of [...] Saturday afternoon we attended a birthday bash for our friend Phillippe. It was at a park in town. Believe it or not, it was not my friends that made it strange. We arrived at a restaurant, had great food, better conversation.
