We’re stuck inside for another snow day. It’s frightfully cold here. Area schools are cancelled again today.
I tried a new recipe last night from Food & Family magazine. It’s called Our Perfect Zesty Chicken Tortilla Bake and I highly recommend it.
And that might be the most exciting thing we’ve done all week.
Funny thing about being inside for days on end when the kids are well behaved: I have nothing to write about!
Not that I’m complaining, I don’t mind being stuck inside at all (especially in this kind of weather), and I certainly don’t mind when the kids are well behaved.
