I don’t know how we became a rocket-launching family, but we have. I believe it came about innocently enough: small rockets from Hobby Lobby meant to entertain Dylan. My uncle David’s idea, I believe. But somehow… somehow it’s evolved from that. Since I posted about his joke-cracking of late, I’ve really been trying to remember the silly things he’s said or done. It reminded me that I’ve never shared a few remarkable and perhaps surprising family facts with you here on the public forum that is my blog. * When Jude was born 4 1/2 years ago, he had fifteen natural and living grandparents: [...] My little baby is three months old already! Here are a few things that he’s been doing: Sleeping. It’s been a few weeks now that he’s been sleeping throughout the night. Hooray! He had one fluke sleep-through very early on, but now that it’s been a solid two weeks at least of sleeping [...] As I was doing some maintenance on this site recently I noticed that it’d been awhile since the last entry in The Naughty Files.
