As I was emailing a response to a friend over the weekend who asked how things were going around here, it occurred to me that a primary role I’m playing is bodyguard to the little one. And Josh is doing the same.
Josh is doing a great job. See? Safe and sound in Daddy’s arms. I love how this photo shows Jace’s cute little ear hair. Yes, this mommy thinks her baby’s ear fuzzies are adorable.
It may appear to be an easy job, but I assure you, it’s not. Here’s context:

He is just the most precious, perfect little thing! And I’m SURE Jett and Jude wouldn’t deliberately hurt him – but I can see why you want to protect him!
