Last weekend we were sitting around Jester Park with the family, relaxing, eating, talking. Somehow we got on the subject of misunderstood song lyrics. You know, when you think the lyrics are one way, but find out later just how wrong you were. I got busy doing other things and forgot to tell him he could come out. When I remembered him, I started walking back to his room to get him. And that’s when I smelled poop. Oh great, another [...] Friday was Emily’s birthday, she turned 26. My side of the family has been a little crazy about golfing this summer. We’ve never been a golfing family, which is why this sudden interest is amusing to me. I’ve only golfed a handful of times in my life, the latest outing would have been ten [...] Dylan started his sophomore year this last week. Can you believe it? Last year, if you remember or care to be refreshed, Emily made a special trip back home to accompany Dylan to his first day of high school. He declined her request to do the same this year, citing embarrassment. Or Eee-barrassment. Here’s this [...] Hey guys! My friend Ali was lucky enough to receive a Kindle from her husband for her first Mother’s Day. Isn’t that awesome? Nice work, Troy! Very impressive. He was slightly jaundiced when we left the hospital, but not enough for any kind of treatment or real concern. He was just yellowish.
