On the weekends, Josh and I take turns getting up with the kids and sleeping in. It’s really a win-win because the person who gets up with the kids in the morning then gets some alone time during the day to take a nap. So, if Josh gets up with the kids on Saturday, I sleep in and then would get up with the kids on Sunday to let Josh sleep in. It works for us – we both love sleepin’ in.
I’m setting this up because on the weekend day depicted in photos here, I must have gotten up with the kids in the morning because at the time of the incident I was enjoying an afternoon nap.
Josh admitted he was in the same room as the boys when they (or just Jett?) did this. Impressive! Those aren’t just stickers, they are $0.44/each stickers – what we often call “stamps”. US postage. (Never mind the chair – it’s the one we’re replacing and I CAN’T WAIT to get the new one… it should only be another one to three weeks – says Homemakers.)
I had just purchased 100 of these “Forever” stamps and had used 21. Josh recovered every single stamp! Win! And then we put the fun stickers up high where they wouldn’t be a temptation.
Hilarious!! Remember I had two little ones too, so I had stuff like this happen, I can laugh now, I have been through all kinds of stuff, you will laugh too, you have pictures to prove it and have written everything down, it will be priceless too read someday, maybe even publish it, definately a best seller. Hmmm, wonder how far he would go if you tried mailing him? Have a good Monday!
