We had our other ultrasound this morning and found out we’re having another boy! Here’s a picture: What you’re looking at is two legs, and in between… well, you do the math! :) I’m still without a scanner, so here is another printout that I snapped with my camera: More importantly [...] We stayed at a hotel this weekend with Josh’s dad’s side of the family. It’s something they have done for years and years, back to when Josh and his cousins were kids. And now we have our own kids who participate in the fun! Here’s the agenda each time: push pool-side tables together, sit, eat, [...] We have a new baby in our family! Remember this picture I posted of a very pregnant Mary Ann a few weeks ago? Well, she’s pregnant no more! Behold: Daniel Henry born yesterday, March 19th. He was 9 lbs and 20 1/2 inches long. I don’t know if the name Daniel [...] Being pregnant: Sorry for the blurry picture, but this was an auto-timed shot (and my first tummy shot). I noticed that I have a small hole and several stains on this shirt, so I’m not all for the clearest shot possible. I like the mystery of the blurred photo. Also, I’m in my [...] Monday we saw our first 70 degree day of the year in these parts. It was a beautiful day. I only hope it lasts… not 70’s every day – I’m not that greedy – but wouldn’t it be nice if the temps stayed above freezing from here on out? Josh lucked out by having the [...] Yes, another post on Jude today. We celebrated his fourth birthday over the weekend – with just us guys for now, and another birthday party in a few weeks for Jude AND Jett with extended family on both sides. Josh had the great idea to make a cake with Jude. Jude picked out [...] Jude had his first-ever preschool program! It was farm-themed. It was precious. It made us very proud of him. Here’s the lone decent picture I have of him and I only have this because my sister was nice enough to take it for me. I was recording the show on my Flip. But [...] One of the joys about having kids close in age is hearing some of the things they say… times two. Last week Jett was crouched in the cold kitchen before breakfast; I had just changed his diaper but hadn’t yet put clothes on him. He was huddled close to the floor his knees up to [...] Last Friday I had my latest baby appointment. I’m 18 weeks now. Everything went great once I got there… I loaded up the kids in the car to bring them along. Since the appointment was at 1 pm, Josh was going to take a late lunch break and wait with the boys in the car [...] It’s been so long guys! Sorry! I have a few minutes this morning while all is (mostly) quiet in this house and I thought it’s time I check in with all of you. Let’s start at last weekend.
