Thanks, Alisa. I’m still healthy! Can you believe it? The boys are ok, too. We held our breath (literally and figuratively) over a rather nasty diaper of Jett’s and thought it could be the start of a sick spell for him. But, he’s ok too! The kids and I went to Mom & Dad’s house Friday afternoon. [...] Josh is on the mend and neither of the boys nor I have come down with anything – so far. Josh actually got up and dressed for work today and almost left, until I think he realized that he was not nearly recovered yet. The scale told him that he lost 12 pounds – I’m [...] My darling husband had his head in the toilet for another reason last night. The poor guy woke up starting at 2 am sick and was up countless times during the night – not knowing how he could have so much liquid in him. Every time he got up, I prayed out loud for God [...] I went to the bathroom. Number 1, I swear!! And when I flushed the water kept rising and rising. Our toilet almost never clogs, so I was really dumbfounded. I grilled Josh about it. It wasn’t him. So we looked at each other and thought, oh crap (no pun intended), what did the kids flush? [...] What’s new? Not much here. We had a good weekend. Josh is home today because he pulls the ol’ Tuesday – Saturday schedule this week. We’re enjoying the day… maybe a trip to Costco later? Hmmm… and maybe Christmas shopping? No promises. Saturday I was able to work on two customer quilts for a good [...] Remember how I said I was going to post some of our hilarious engagement photos? Well, here they are. They are bad. Weird, uncomfortable, unnatural poses. Josh and I just look at these and laugh and laugh. We were lucky to get one good picture out of the group.
