A couple of weeks ago, Josh and I went to Omaha and saw Okkervil River in concert for the first time after being fans of the band for about a year.
For Josh’s birthday last week, his mom gave him a coupon to watch the kids in October so that we can go to Chicago to see them live again. We’re so excited! This will be the first time that either of us will be seeing a band twice on the same tour. Technically, I think one more show and we’ll be considered groupies.
Also, this weekend, we came across the latest Okkervil River music video. The song is called "Lost Coastlines" from their latest album The Stand-Ins.
