You knew this was coming, right?
Jude and Jett found a box of clothes that I’d stored away that were too small for either of them. Of course, they dug into the box and scattered the clothes all over the room. Jude kept insisting he wear this pair of overalls and I told him, “no, they’re too small”, all day. I failed to communicate this to Josh and when he came home from work – not that it was a big deal, I just didn’t want the overalls to discourage Jude from using the potty if he needed to. So Josh helped Jude into these. I think the sizes were 24 months on the overall shorts and 2 T for the shirt.
Jude was so delighted with this outfit! We actually let him sleep in it, and this is the morning after when we played outside first thing to avoid the heat.
Oouch! That can’t be comfortable climbing!
Jude always like to wear Jett’s clothes or try to wear Jett’s shoes, I don’t know if it’s because they are Jett’s, or because he really likes the challenge of wearing small things.
Pretty tame example of weirdness, at least on my kids’ level, but – hey, this was the only picture I could come up with right now. Holly, thanks for sharing that story about Dakota yesterday! Too funny! The rest of you – please share at least one weirdo thing your kids have been known to do.
