Last night was my last night (for awhile) as a crew leader for our church’s middle school youth group. Throughout the year, I had about four or five 8th graders each week. I had such a great time getting to know these young women. They were a joy. My time spent with them was never wasted. As my kids are transitioning to high school youth group, I decided to take a break as well. I hope to be a crew leader again in the future, in the meanwhile, Josh will be glad to have me home another night of the week.
