Saturday I met friends for lunch at Granite City. We all went to AIB together. I guess we figured it was almost 2 years since we’d last been together, so this lunch was well overdue. It’s funny how easily you can pick up with friends as if you’ve only been separated by a few weeks.
We had exciting news to talk about: Anya is recently engaged and planning a September wedding and Gina is expecting her first child – a girl – in 10 short weeks! Angie didn’t have any groundbreaking news which is ok, neither did I! We caught up on news about her boyfriend and I’m sure I had a kid story or two to share.
As always, I was gently teased about the camera, but these are the moments of our lives, are they not?
