I just finished another baby quilt for a neighbor family who welcomed a new baby girl several weeks ago. I had bought a lot of cute “girl” fabric lately and I wanted to incorporate it into this quilt. I also didn’t want to cut the fabric up too much, so I just started slicing [...] Here is the quilt I made for my friend Anna’s baby girl, who is due a week from tomorrow, although my baby shower prediction was that she’d deliver on the 12th of May. Spring Succeeds is a song by Olivia Tremor Control, and yes, it’s on our ipod. I have to admit it’s not a familiar song to me, but I love the title and it’s very fitting for this quilt. Thanks, Josh.
