Terri, check out their website. In the lower right hand corner is a subscribe icon. I’m not sure if there is a trial issue available, but I’ve noticed they have a bunch of recipes posted online for free. Also check out the “budget wi$e” tab – there are meal ideas for every night of the week – complete with a grocery list. That’s under the 1 Bag 5 Dinners section. Lots to look at online!
